Enjoy flexible cancellations: Get a full refund if you cancel by 3:00 PM the day before your check-in date, or a 90% refund if you cancel by 3:00 PM on the check-in date—all based on the listing’s local time.

How long does it take to get a refund?
We send refunds immediately upon cancellation and they usually show up within 3-5 days, but sometimes it takes as long as 15 days before they reflect on the original payment method.
